ADOBE CS3 Launch
In April 2008 Adobe launches one of its flag products: CREATIVE SUITE 3. The launch should have been a special event with more than 300 people and also a press conference.
We had to organize and do the following tasks:
• Send invitations to all attendees, mailing, emailing, follow up
• Do a portal dedicated for the event with registration capabilities
• Organize the press conference ( invite journalists, TV , media)
• Invite the Guru’s in web design and professionals, to talk about the product
• Promote the event in the media
The event was a success as the Adobe’s country manager Selami Guel from Adobe Munchen has stated.
Symantec Partner meeting:
Every year Symantec organizes a partner meeting with its important resellers and its distributor in Romania
In 2008 the venue was Sighisoara, an old saxon fortress from 12th century.
The goal of this meeting is to present Symantec’s policy for next year, new products but the more important thing is to socialize with the sales and technical Symantec dedicated persons from its partners.
From every reseller side there was 2 persons (one sales, one technical) and in several cases the managers were invited too. From Symantec side there were 5 persons, sales, technical, and country manager.
The agenda of the event was the following:
Friday: Arrival in Bucharest of the Symantec team, and departure by bus (so that during the trip an exchange of impressions and discussions between Symantec team and partners from Bucharest already started) to Sighisoara. Friday night the whole team had dinner together, around 25-30 persons.
Saturday morning there were presentations, free discussions, one by one discussions, all organized in the facilities of the Hotel where the event was organized.
After a quick lunch a treasure hunt in Sighisoara took place. With the assistance of a professional team of artists the treasure hunt was an opportunity to organize mixed teams (one from vendor side and 3-4 from different partners) so the personal connections became stronger.
Evening some prizes have been given and a show with medieval knights was organized by the artists. Some of the participants became “knights of Transylvania” and a medieval dinner closed the event.
Sunday after breakfast the participants left to their homes and offices
Romsym Data Day
Every year on 10th october Romsym Data , one of the most important software distributor organizes a “Romsym Data “ day. The goal of this event is to share to end-users and resellers the news of Romsym Data, the new partners, the new products, and the vision for the next 6-8 months.
The number of the participants is around 100 and the event takes place all day at Hilton, since 5 years and is already a traditional IT event, so that not only the IT press is coming.
The audience consists of:
• Interested end-users
• Partners from all over Romania of Romsym Data
• Vendors who want to present their solutions at this event

• 9.00 – 9.30 press conference
• 9.30 – 13.00 different presentations and a coffee- break around 11.00
• 13.00-14.00 lunch
• 14.00 – 17.00 different presentations and a coffee- break around 15.30
The venue at Hilton is extremely well located, in downtown Bucharest, having its own parking place, and the personal at Hilton is high professional so that Romsym Data is a faithful partner of us and also of the location
Business Object event
The goal of this event is to present on the romanian market, its new solutions, meet some end-users, and its partners in Romania
The venue was chosen at our proposal again Hilton Hotel because of their high professionalism.
The number of attendees is around 30-35 persons so that we use a small conference room at the first floor.

• 11.00-11.30 coffee break
• 11.30 – 13.00 different presentations
• 13.00-14.00 lunch
We organize such events around 25-30 per year not only for IT companies, but also for other verticals. We use only very good venues such as Hilton, Radisson Sass, etc and in this way we offer the best and high professional services to our partners.
